Our items are custom and made to order therefore we are unable to accept returns.

If there is something displeasing with your order, please alert us via email at info@lorrainewestjewelry.com with your order number in the subject. 

We reserve the right to deny exchange or store credit if the damage is beyond our control.

In the event that your item is sold out or out of stock, Lorraine West Jewelry will issue a refund.


Shipping

Our items are made to order therefore Shipping times may vary between 5-14 business Days. In the event that we have items already in stock, we will ship your order in 2-5 business days. Some custom and made to order jewelry pieces may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. 


Returns & Exchanges

Our items are made to order therefore We are unable to accept returns.

Exchanges are accepted on a per-customer basis. No exchanges on custom orders.

If there is any irregularity with the order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at Info@lorrainewestjewelry.com with order number in the subject line.

To process the exchange, orders must be sent within 5 business days of delivery. 

Unless items arrived damaged or defective, exchanges are not accepted.
