DEFECTIVE ITEMS MAY RECEIVE STORE CREDIT AND/OR BE PROMPTLY REPLACED.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT IF DAMAGE IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Returns & EXCHANGES

our items are made to order THEREFORE We are unable to except returns.

Exchanges are accepted on a per customer basis. 

If there is any irregularity with the order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery AT LORRAINE.WEST@GMAIL.COM WITH ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE.

To process the exchange, orders must be sent within 7 business days of delivery. 

Unless items arrived damaged or defective, exchanges are not accepted.
